A recent project, was the design and development of the 2000 ton Bergwater wine cellar, near Prince Albert. Our team was responsible for the design of the full process, outlining the processing capabilities, overseeing the building of the cellar, determining the crushing requirements, based on the anticipated supply from the harvest.
